Here's my final drawing! I'm looking forward to painting it....though it will certainly be a tight deadline for me. Hope I can get it in on time! Any crits and comments are welcome. Thanks!
Hi Scott! I can't tell if the neck is too long, or you just need to show some of the trapezius muscle - it looks like the neck does come down a bit too straight, but not a big deal. Other than that, this looks great. I'd like to see a large, dark object in the lower left corner... perhaps make the mace closer and larger... good luck getting it done on time!
hey scott, how about moving the mace and his arm so that they angle into the picture? My eye wants to zone in on the figure, but its being blocked a tad. love the figure and the wolf!
We are five illustrators on a mission to create lots of good art, and to invite lots of feedback, so that we can create even better art! We will regularly post assignments, then post our progress and critique each other - and you can critique us too! We love feedback! Our names are Scott Murphy, Owen Weber, Rebecca Solow, Elisabeth Alba, and Craig Maher.
His neck its just a little to long.
